也不知道大家在这个加长版的寒假里过得怎样，在家也要做好防疫工作，将战“疫”进行到底。或许以下几点可以帮到你。

1.出门时戴好口罩

新型冠状病毒主要通过近距离的飞沫传播，因此，走在路上时，尽量远离他人1米。此外，摘下口罩也有讲究，不要抓着污染面。

我们在国家层面已经采取强力的措施，特别是早发现、早隔离，这两条做到了，我们有足够的信心防止大爆发或者重新大爆发。

2.注意饮食尽量在家就餐

The risk of infection is high when going out. If possible, try to eat at home.Try to bring food from home, avoid face-to-face dining, and try not to talk when eating.

若在外就餐或点外卖，要做好手卫生，对包装盒等物品表面用纸巾擦拭消毒;还要避免进食生食或未熟透的肉类、蛋类。

重点，不要吃野味!

3.时刻关注自己的身体状况

此外，发热、咳嗽不一定都是新冠肺炎引起的，毕竟在湖北以外的多数城市，特别是北方城市，比如北京，普通感冒和流感引起的发热和咳嗽更为常见。因此，希望大家出现发热时不必惊慌。

4.停课不停学

Don't forget to learn while relaxing at home during the epidemic.

大家可以抓住机会刷多点题，为六级考试和专四考试做准备，有考研意向的同学可以趁此机会多找点资料。
